Leasehold & Income Management: An Introduction

This course aims to make leasehold and service charge management more effective. The focus of this course is the calculation of service charges and recovery of any arrears. We have a number of courses on leasehold and related topics, all of which can be designed around your specific needs by adding or removing topics of your choice.
