To listen to this podcast you will need a suitable programme/device for downloading and playing MP3s, or if accessing through a PC, suitable hardware including soundcard, headphones or speakers.

The Right to Rent requires private landlords and their agents to carry out document checks on prospective adult occupiers. The podcast does not include the additions to Right to Rent which are contained in the 2016 Immigration Act, as at the time the podcast was produced, the 2016 Act provisions do not render anything in the current podcast obsolete or incorrect. We intend to issue a separate 'add-on' podcast to cover the provisions of the 2016 Act in due course.
