    The Act introduced new duties on local authorities for those who are homeless of threatened with homelessness. Following the release of the Code of Guidance, this course highlights the current and new duties to prevent and relieve homelessness. Delegates will consider how the new duties fit with the existing duties to the homeless and maps the new homelessness application ‘journey’. It identifies the review and appeal rights that arise from the new duties.
