    • Location(s): [In-house]
      • Level: Introductory

The introduction of Universal Credit isn't just about the facts and figures; it will change some of the fundamental ways that we support clients to manage their housing, income and future. Many of the traditional relationships that support workers rely on will end and both workers and clients are facing a new reality. At the same time changes to social housing are also fast changing some of the certainties we have become accustomed to. This workshop aims to bring some of the key challenges into the fore and allow workers space to discuss the implications for and challenges to their own support work and to begin to plan their response. Please note this is a half day workshop.
