Tenants Fees Act 2019

This training will cover the new restrictions on fees payable to landlords and/or agents and the amount that a tenant can be required to pay as a deposit. One in seven renters pay £500 or more in letting fees. The Tenant Fees Act aims to remove most of these fees, but there are important exemptions. These are key issues for anyone advising people on renting in the private sector.

Please note: This half-day event will start at 9.30am and finish at 1pm.
