Managing Risk working with Older People

Aimed specifically at those working in or managing Extra Care, Retirement or Sheltered Housing this course covers effective client and premises risk assessment with older people facing challenges from Dementia, declining physical abilities and long term health conditions. We will consider how to assess and manage risk in context of Mental Capacity and human rights. This course can be easily tailored to meet the needs of teams looking to address specific problems or learning outcomes. This course is interactive, enjoyable and aimed at a group of workers who need to see the practical value of training quickly.
