Delivery Information
Christmas delivery:
The last day for ordering for Christmas delivery is Monday 16th December. This is based on the dates given by Royal Mail and is not guaranteed, so please order as early as possible for Christmas gifts to avoid disappointment. Please also allow a little extra time for your delivery for the period between Christmas and New Year.
Delivery costs:
Delivery is £3.95 per order. Due to different despatch locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.
Despatch times for Second hand:
- We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days
- Second hand items on our online shop are listed and despatched by individual Shelter shops across the country, so your order may arrive in separate parcels
- We use Evri tracked or Royal Mail 48 hour tracked services for all second-hand item orders.
Despatch times for orders containing Gifting, New Homeware, Merchandise:
- We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days
- We use Royal Mail standard & tracked services
- We do not accept international orders
- No orders are despatched on Sundays as our warehouse is closed, any Sunday orders are picked and packed on the Monday (or next working day if a public Bank holiday)
You will receive a notification once your item has been despatched if a valid email address is provided at checkout.
