FAQ - Delivery

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

Standard post Royal Mail guidance is around 2-3 working days for delivery from the date you receive your postage confirmation email. Please allow extra time at busier periods of the year.

Our Pride X Shelter and Artist Collaboration t-shirts are printed on demand, so delivery times for these items are longer. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 days.

If you are still concerned about your order please email onlineshop@shelter.org.uk where someone will be happy to help.

Do you post overseas?

Unfortunately we are unable to post our new goods and preloved items overseas due to the increased costs and the implementation of cross border VAT sales.

When should I expect my item to be despatched?

We aim to despatch all product orders promptly upon receipt of an order within 3 working days

There are occasions when delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or busier periods of the year. We will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible with regards to any delivery delays if they arise.

What delivery services do you use?

Our Gifting and Merchandise items are sent via Royal Mail standard services. This is not a tracked service.

For all pre-loved items we use Evri tracked or Royal Mail domestic tracked or signed for.

If you want to track your pre-loved order here's some helpful links:

How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery is £3.95 per order. Due to different despatch locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.

Do you post internationally?

We are unable to post outside of the UK due to the increased fees and duties.

No orders are despatched on Sundays, any Sunday orders are processed on the Monday (or next working day if a public Bank holiday).
