My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do? 

Standard domestic shipping Royal Mail guidance is around 2-3 days for delivery. 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days after you receive your shipping confirmation, please email shop_support_team@shelter.org.uk and we will investigate this for you.

Our artist collaboration t-shirts are printed on demand, so delivery times for these items are longer. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 days for UK, 5-10 for EU and 10-20 days for International shipping.

Do you post overseas? 

We do post overseas, the postal charge for this is higher than domestic packaging and is calculated at checkout.  

Can items shipped overseas be declared as a gift?  

Unfortunately this is not something we can do due to legal & VAT purposes.  

When should I expect my item to be despatched? 

We aim to despatch all product orders promptly upon receipt of an order within 4 days 

There are occasions when delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or busier periods of the year. We will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible with regards to any delivery delays if they arise 

What delivery services do you use? 

Our Gifting & Merchandise items are sent via Royal Mail standard domestic shipping services. This is not a Royal Mail tracked service.  

For all second hand items we post via Royal Mail domestic recorded or signed for. You can use the Royal Mail track & trace site to track your order. Here's a link to Royal Mail track & trace: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item 

How much will delivery cost me? 

For all orders postage costs are £3.95

As our second-hand items are listed and despatched by individual Shelter shops across the country you may receive them in separate parcels. Don’t worry, this won't cost you more in postage costs.

Do you post internationally? 

We do. These are posted international shipping standard (subject to sanctions).

PLEASE NOTE:  Shelter cannot be held not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after international shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).  

No orders are despatched on Sundays, any Sunday orders are processed on the Monday (or next working day if a public Bank holiday).
